More information on the AWARE Escape Room Challenge

This gives an example of how the AWARE Competitive Intelligence Escape Room challenge works. This is just a sample of what can be done - and escape rooms can be customised to individual organisational requirements. There are many more things that could be added in. As mentioned in the final document for room 6, we didn’t include classical analysis techniques such as

• SWOT analysis
• PEST / PESTLE / SWEEP analysis
• Porter’s 5 Forces,
• the 4-Corners analysis approach,
• the Business Model Canvas
• the Value Proposition Canvas,
• Win-Loss analysis
• Technology / Patent analysis.

and many others. These can be added in - and there are many other options to extend the exercise. For a customised escape room we can even include some primary research options with attendees gathering intelligence with phone or in-person interviews.
